PLANTIN Exhibition Design
The brand I have chosen to create provides ornamental indoor plants. There is a wide range of variety to choose from. The plants require minimum care and add beauty to the space. Some of them have added benefit such as purifying the air around, removing toxins in the air, etc. They are budget friendly and affordable by almost all income groups. A bonus for bachelors who don't want to spend a big amount on home furnishing to decorate their space. Plants also make a versatile gift for all ages. These come in well decorated, textured or coloured pots of the customers preference.
Objective- 1. Create a hypothetical brand and create its identity. (in another project)
Logo | Visiting Card | Collaterals | Price Tag | Care Label | Etc.
2. Design a space for an exhibition for the same brand.
Props | Fixtures | Layouts.
The entire exhibition space is 12 feet in width and 8 feet in height. The space needs to consist of fixtures and products that can be sold, rather than only being displayed.

This is front view in perspective of the stall.
The entire stall requires 6 main fixtures. The fixtures can be temporarily screwed on to the walls of the space.
1. White wooden shelfs. These are for small table plants, potted in plastic pots mostly which are not extremely heavy in weight. For plants like jade, mini cactus, succulents.
2. Steel rods with hooks. These ones are for can and mug pots with handles, little heavier than the plastic pot ones. Used to display creeper and vine plants like money plant.
3. Main steel fixture, kept in the centre of the stall. This one can hold many pots at once and is meant for heavy pots. There can be a small bird fountain added to the centre part of this fixture for aesthetic appeal.
4. One set of low wooden table and stool for the cashier to sit, a pair of extra foldable stool could be kept if any buyer requires to rest.
5. Tall wooden fixture for slightly heavy but small sized plants.
6. A waterproof mosaic vessel to display water based plants.
I don't have the images of the miniature prototype model, but here are a few fixtures and props I made for the small prototype space of the design.
